Using EatReceipts

You may use EatReceipts only in lawful ways. Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, scrape the app, impersonate others, access data that is not yours, or use EatReceipts to harass, threaten, spam, mislead, or harm anyone.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos, videos, receipts, reviews, tags, and other content you submit. Only post content you own or have the right to share. Public posts may be visible to other users.

Do not upload content that includes private information, full payment details, addresses, phone numbers, loyalty numbers, or other sensitive information unless you have removed or obscured it.

Community rules

Do not post illegal, hateful, explicit, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, spammy, or otherwise objectionable content. Do not post content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity rights, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Reports and blocking

Users can report content that violates these rules and can also block abusive users. We review reports and may remove content or accounts when appropriate.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, reduce visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when needed to protect users, the community, EatReceipts, or legal/platform requirements.
